Cross-references are clickable links. However, they are not underlined. The way to spot them is to look for section or page numbers. For example, click on 1.5.2 Inlined Constants to read my definition of inlined constants in the first chapter.
This is contrary to most style guides that suggest putting it at the beginning of the citation. My rationale for this decision is that it is consistent with the order of bibliographical elements found in citations for traditional sources such as books, magazine articles, and newspapers in which the page number is last.
